Philadelphia’s Kids Day Concert and Festival means kids get to get messy and have a great time. With lots of art to make, including hand-painted tiles and t-shirts, kids will be totally into exploring their creative side. And there’s lots of art to see in the Sculpture Park and galleries. Kids of all ages enjoy the festival, since there’s a little something for everyone.
Wander around and take in the sights that are interesting and unique. Then, gear up for the 6:30 performance by the Bucket Percussion Ensemble from the University of the Arts.
Kids will love moving to the groove of this fun and funky performance. If there’s a musical instrument kids seem to love, it’s the drum, and this group offers plenty of that, so they’ll be drumming and dancing along.
It’s a perfect opportunity to let your kids burn off some energy in a positive way and in a safe environment. This annual event draws more and more people every year because word is out—it’s a fun time!
