The American Helicopter Museum in suburban Philadelphia is one of only a handful of aviation museums in the nation that are totally dedicated to helicopters. The museum currently houses 35 military and civilian helicopters, autogiros, and convertaplanes. The displays span the history of rotary wing aircraft production from its earliest days to the present.
